My name is Simi (pronounced See Me) and I'm located in Longmont, CO, but I serve all of Boulder County, as well as some areas outside of the county. I currently live in Old Town Longmont, but have also lived in Boulder and Louisville, so I'm quite familiar with these areas. I really love the sense of community, outdoor adventure, and commitment to the environment that so many people have here and I hope to be able to give back to these thriving communities. Green Real Estate in Boulder County
Trying to live a more sustainable lifestyle has been a passion of mine for a long time, so naturally it has spilled over into my real esate business. Having my own business allows me to practice it in a way that is important to me, and that can benefit you as well. There are many agents out there that are promoting themselves as Green and many that are certified Eco-Brokers. Green is sweeping the nation as a new, hip thing because it's starting to really matter to some people. But, I think there's much more to it than that. Living a sustainable lifestyle and being environmentally conscious is not something that you can sell - it is something that you care about and that you practice in your daily life in large and small ways.
When working with you as a buyer and/or a seller, I strive to give you the best service I possibly can. I am very efficient at retrieving information and can get you set up with some great high tech tools for searching homes, as well as marketing homes. I have a background in software and web design, so I am able to utilize all that technology has to offer (which is a lot!) to help you buy or sell. But, I can also do much more than that...
As your real estate agent of choice, whether you're a buyer or a seller, I'll be working in a partnership with you to help you reach your goals - and I'll be doing it sustainably. From limiting our driving times by thoroughly researching properties in advance, to limiting the use of paper by sending you all information electronically, there are many small ways to make a difference. Green building is only one part of the puzzle. Buying an existing home can be greener choice than buying a brand new Green home. Living closer to work and city centers contributes to a more sustainable lifestyle. The home you buy directly impacts the kind of lifestyle you lead. We'll be talking over what kind of lifestyle you lead, as well as the kind of home you're interested in, so we can make the best match possible.
